TSA options

December 22nd, 2012 by Chassin

There are a bunch of options so try the ones that fit your mood and comfort zone.

#1 If you live bald, go bald.

#2 If you travel bald, but wear wigs for comfort to/from or in the airport itself, plop on a wig to walk through screening and then take it off. Old wigs are good for this purpose. Stuff’m in your carry on.

#3 If you travel and fly with a scarf or a scarf/hat layered effect, take it off at screening, put it in the bin and walk through bald. No one cares about you or your head. Fetch your scarf from the bin at the end of the conveyer and put it on because believe it or not….this is a normal thing to do!

#4 However, if you want to be stopped, patted down and delayed by the procedures of TSA then make a big deal about it, tell everyone at screening, act  nervous and  draw attention to yourself that you have on a wig.

#5 It is entirely normal to have hair in a passport photo and none and your head and walk through screening as if this, too, is 100% normal. TSA is looking at your eyes not your head.

#6 Flying long haul and horizontal in a flat bed across the world? Take off your hair. Put on a comfy sleep hat. Have a really nice snooze and arrive refreshed!

#7 Have a great vacation wherever your travels take you!
