We Win 2009 Award from American Academy of Dermatology

December 2nd, 2008 by Chassin

Bald Girls Do Lunch is a winner of the 12th Annual Gold Triangle Award from the American Academy of Dermatology. The award is given in recognition of outstanding communications  for the specialty of dermatology and skin diseases.

Our entry in the Health Organizations category was recognized for three campaigns we brought to  our alopecia areata community: our website, the brochure “How Are You Nurturing Your Self-Image?”, and the special event,“Alopecia Areata Day of Beauty at Mark Garrison”.

Our award will be presented March 6, 2009 in  San Francisco, during the annual meeting of the AAD.
